They came to us after having worked with 3 other New Zealand agencies. Founder, Ben, had 100% belief in Online Vet Store’s ability to become one of the top pet food sellers in the country, but he had not been able to find a marketing partner that could deliver on the brands goals. Luckily he found Mint.

After gathering data on their user behaviour, we were able to better understand how their customers used their website and what they need most when they land on their website. This enabled us to make data-driven decisions on their new website.

 

Raising brand awareness for Online Vet Store

Being a new offering with a new way of purchasing pet food, we needed to raise awareness of the OVS offering. We used Facebook ads, YouTube video ads and Google’s display network to shout it from the rooftops. See an example of a video ad below.

Ask Ben! A video series to instil audience trust 

We wanted to show the world the passion and expertise behind OVS. They’re not just retailers, they’re experienced vets who care about animal health. To help build authority, we created a video series called “Ask Ben” where pet owners could ask Ben questions about their pet’s health. Ben answered them via video and they went out to the masses.
