There is no catch, we aim to be as transparent as possible. If we don't deliver on what's agreed then you get your money back.
This guarantee is based on improving your current performance so there are some requirements you will need to meet:
1. You must have an existing campaign that you have been running for us to offer you the guarantee. We can't improve your performance if you have no campaigns to improve on.
2. You need to have tracking/measurement of your campaign prior to us taking over. If we have no data on past performance we won't be able to measure if we have improved the results.
3. Both parties must agree on what the KPI is we are aiming to beat before we start. If we don't have clarity on what the objective is, we won't be able to see whether we are succeeding.

The refund will be the full amount of the fees Mint charged for running the campaign over the course of the 90-day period. How much that fees amount would be will differ based on the scope of the campaign and the marketing channel used.
This refund does not include fees paid to 3rd parties during that campaign period (eg Google or Facebook).
Our process is based on a scientific approach to testing, tracking, analysing and improving your campaign's performance. Despite what some "gurus" might say, there is no quick trick to better results. Understanding your specific business and your ideal customers requires time and a significant amount of data. For most New Zealand businesses, it takes around 90 days to gather enough customer data, test alternatives and make meaningful improvements to their campaigns. Of course, the larger your marketing budget, the quicker we can test and see results, but 90 days is a reliable time frame for the majority of businesses.
This guarantee applies to paid media marketing campaigns run on any of the following advertising platforms: Facebook Ads (including Instagram ads), Google Ads (including search ads and shopping ads), Google Display and Video 360 (including YouTube and real-time bidding campaigns).
