Christchurch City Mission (Pro bono)

The Christchurch City Mission team came to us looking to promote their Christmas Tree Project, a gift to the city of Christchurch for all the support throughout the year. The reusable tree stands in Cashel Mall over the festive season and is covered in thousands of stars, representing the 50,000+ people who support the City Mission throughout the year. 

Over 180,000 video views!

We teamed up with Jason Gunn to produce the video and promoted it on Facebook, YouTube and digital TV via TVNZ OnDemand.

In total, our video was seen by 187,891 people, a fantastic result and brilliant way of getting their message out there to the people of Christchurch.

YouTube performance surpassing TVNZ OnDemand 

We created a video to promote this gift to the city via social media, Youtube and traditional TV mediums. We saw that YouTube and other digital marketing platforms were outperforming traditional TV by around 20:1 so together with the Mission team, we decided to dedicate all the media spend to digital platforms and ditch the traditional TV ad format.
