Poor visibility and uncertain results
When Simply Wardrobes sat down with us, it was clear they were ready to expand their reach, and they had a clear vision of what this looked like. Instead of opening multiple shops, they wanted to broaden their reach even further by developing an online shop, but their current website wasn’t fit for purpose.
The site felt dated and wasn’t mobile-friendly, and more importantly, it didn’t do their products justice. Clients had difficulty seeing the full benefits of the wardrobe and accessory range, resulting in lost opportunities for online sales. It also lacked goal tracking capabilities and ecommerce data, making it difficult to quantify any online marketing activity.
Creating an online showroom
To cement Simply Wardrobe’s website as a valuable sales tool, we first undertook a full website redesign and would then go on to provide ongoing marketing support.
The website would incorporate modern functionality, including 360° view technology to allow customers to get the showroom experience from the comfort of home. We also ensured the new site was optimised for mobile and had detailed Google Analytics reporting to monitor its progress.
In May 2022, with the new website in action, Simply Wardrobes commissioned us to provide their digital marketing strategy. So we began an ongoing digital marketing campaign to generate sales across Google and social media platforms.
