June 2023 report highlights:

51% of businesses have listed interest rates as their biggest concern for the year ahead.

The top areas of planned spending increase remain as strategy development, followed closely by staff training, workplace culture, and customer retention. 

Despite economic concerns, 25% of respondents see a light at the end of the tunnel with expectations that things will be better in 12 month's time.
