Top 10 Holiday Park: A new intranet website for improved collaboration, efficiency and knowledge management.

For 30 years TOP 10 Holiday Parks have set the standard for New Zealand Holiday Parks and helped Kiwis create lasting memories. 

With 50 parks nationwide, there’s a lot to manage in terms of people, facilities and information. Head office came to us wanting to move away from their existing Microsoft-based system onto something bespoke and 100% fit-for-purpose.

An intranet that people actually use

One of the problems that Top 10 needed to overcome was that their existing intranet was not being used by their team: Like many intranets, it was difficult to find information, slow to load and visually unappealing.

System integrations


ReviewPro

We integrated with ReviewPro, their guest experience software. This gives head office and park owners a snapshot of key metrics in guest experience such as NPS score, cleanliness (of park facilities) and overall customer satisfaction. 

 

Facebook 

Within the intranet, we’ve integrated Facebook to display the latest posts and engagement rates. Top 10 use Facebook Groups as a communication channel for key stakeholders so we’ve also integrated with their private group to show the latest posts to the group, giving users another place to view the latest news and announcements.


Reporting

Head office love being able to measure usage and progress, so we built in reporting to show activity levels of users, providing an indication of usage by individual staff. Google Analytics was used to help track how often key pages were visited.
