A ‘freemium’ membership option

To help convert people to paid monthly members, we created a resources area with a mixture of free and paid resources, templates and articles. Premium content was behind a paywall for members only, with free content available for everyone to build trust and establish EQ as an authority.

Strategic thinking

With EQ, we weren’t simply building a website to represent their business, we were building the new division and income stream of their business. We started with a complete website strategy process including several workshops with EQ to determine their goals and priorities and how we were going to achieve them together. During our strategic planning, we had the time and space to plan page flows, and wireframes of key landing pages. We also mapped out their digital marketing strategy and how they could bring their new offering to market.
